আমরা কোনো কারণে বা শর্তের জন্য আমাদের মানের সঙ্গে আপস করি না. এই মান বজায় রাখার জন্য, আমাদের কিছু নীতি খুব কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করতে হবে যাকে বলা যেতে পারে 'পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী' বা 'টার্মস অ্যান্ড কন্ডিশনস'।

০২। ক্লাস চলাকালীন কিংবা সাপোর্টের সময়ে কোনভাবেই একজন স্টুডেন্টকে অন্যজন অকথ্য ভাষায় কোন প্রকার কথা বলা যাবে না ।
০৩। কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানক বা কোন মেন্টর কে নিয়ে ছোট করে আমাদের জুম সাপোর্টে কোন ধরনের কথা বলা যাবে না ।
০৪। মান্থলি পেমেন্টের টাকা পরবর্তী মাসের ১১ থেকে ১৫ তারিখের মধ্যেই পরিশোধ করতে হবে অন্যথায় আউটসোর্সিং বিডি ইনস্টিটিউট কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো সময় আপনার এডমিশন বাতিল করার সামর্থ্য রাখে ।
০৫। আমাদের প্রোভাইডকৃত ভিডিও বা যেকোন ধরনের তথ্য অন্য কাউকে শেয়ার করলে আপনার এডমিশন যেকোনো সময় বাতিল হতে পারে ।
০৬। প্রতিদিনের হোমওয়ার্ক প্রতিদিন কমপ্লিট করার মন-মানসিকতা রাখতে হবে ।
০৭। যতদূর সম্ভব অনলাইন জুম সাপোর্টে জয়েন থাকার চেষ্টা করতে হবে অথবা যে সময় প্রবলেম হবে সরাসরি জুমে জয়েন করে সাপোর্ট নিতে হবে ।
০৮। ক্লাসে জয়েন করার পূর্ব প্রস্তুতি হিসেবে ল্যাপটপ ও ডাটা কানেকশন ঠিক রাখতে হবে ।
০৯। নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে ক্লাসে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে এবং কোনভাবেই আমাদেরকে না জানিয়ে তিন দিনের বেশি ক্লাসে অনুপস্থিত থাকা যাবে না ।

01. In no way can one's Gmail or Facebook ID be used or provided to someone else.
02. During the class or at the time of support, a student may not speak in any language that is not spoken by another student.
03. No kind of words can be said about any organization or any mentor in our zoom support.
04. The monthly payment must be paid between 11th to 15th of the next month otherwise the Outsourcing BD Institute authorities can cancel your admission at any time.
05. Sharing our provided videos or any information to anyone else may result in cancellation of your admission at any time.
06. The mentality of completing daily homework should be maintained.
07. As far as possible, you should try to join the online zoom support or when there is a problem, you should join the zoom directly and take support.
08. Laptop and data connection should be fixed as preparation before joining the class.
09. Must be present in class on time and must not be absent from class for more than three days without informing us in any way.
